Guest Talk vs Sirvoy — simplicity plus depth.
Sirvoy is a Swedish-Irish PMS loved for its simplicity and its transparent pricing. Guest Talk matches on setup speed and pulls ahead on channel-manager depth, mobile housekeeping and native WhatsApp. This page is written for operators considering both and wondering which trade-off is right for their property.

Where Sirvoy is genuinely stronger
Entry pricing for very small. A 6-room bed and breakfast can run Sirvoy for EUR 9-19 per month; Guest Talk's entry tier at EUR 39 is higher. If your property is at the very small end and your feature needs are modest, Sirvoy is genuinely cheaper.
Live chat support reputation. Sirvoy's support is famous in the industry for responsive, friendly live chat. Guest Talk's support is by email plus scheduled chat for Growth and above; we do not currently offer round-the-clock live chat.
Simplicity of the calendar. Sirvoy's calendar is deliberately minimalist and works well for very small properties whose reservation volume never taxes it. Guest Talk's calendar is richer (colour-coded by rate plan, drag-to-resize, group markers) which is useful past 30 rooms but overkill at 10.
Where Guest Talk is genuinely stronger
Channel manager included in base plan. Guest Talk's base plan includes the full channel manager; Sirvoy's channel manager is a separate module on the Pro plan. For properties that need more than one OTA connected (which is nearly all of them), the effective price gap narrows or reverses.
Direct-booking widget flexibility. Guest Talk allows full CSS control of the direct booking widget; Sirvoy's is templated. If you have invested in bespoke web design, Guest Talk fits better.
Native WhatsApp Business API. Guest Talk includes WhatsApp Business API in the unified inbox; Sirvoy does not currently offer WhatsApp integration natively. For guest-messaging-heavy operations this is a meaningful gap.
Mobile housekeeping app. Guest Talk's mobile app supports housekeeping on rugged phones with offline mode. Sirvoy's housekeeping board is web-based.
Reporting depth. Guest Talk's analytics module (rate shopper, cohort report, source-of-business report) is deeper than Sirvoy's core reports. If your revenue routine needs more than daily sales and monthly occupancy, Guest Talk has the numbers.
Multi-property console. Guest Talk supports groups of 2-20 properties with shared strategies; Sirvoy's multi-property is more limited.
Recommendations
Pick Sirvoy if: you have 5-15 rooms, want the very cheapest workable PMS, love the reputation of Sirvoy's live chat, and do not need WhatsApp integration.
Pick Guest Talk if: you want the channel manager included in the base plan, need WhatsApp Business API as a first-class channel, have or plan more than one property, or want a native mobile housekeeping app.
