PMS Core
Rooms, rates, calendar — the front-desk brain.
Property management with drag-drop calendar, split reservations, in-house register and end-of-day close-out.
A calendar that behaves like a spreadsheet — for the good parts only.
PMS Core is the reservation brain of Guest Talk. The tape chart lets you drag a stay to another room, split it in the middle of a booking to accommodate a room-type change, extend a checkout by dropping the edge one column to the right, or merge two adjacent reservations for the same guest. Every move updates the folio, the housekeeping board and any linked group booking in one atomic action.
Rooms are objects with a floor, a type, a connecting-room relationship, a housekeeping cycle and a set of restrictions. When the receptionist takes a booking, the availability engine considers rate restrictions, closed-to-arrival flags, minimum-stay rules and stop-sell rules — before ever offering a room.

Folios, deposits and city tax that respects your country.
Folios are the running tab for a stay. Guest Talk carries every charge (room, breakfast, minibar, laundry, parking, spa) with a tax breakdown that matches the country you operate in. Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and the Netherlands each get their own tax models with fixed vs percentage components and per-guest per-night calculations. When your bookkeeper opens a folio at month-end, every line has the right VAT already applied.
Deposits are handled the same way. A pre-authorised card holds the amount; on check-in the deposit is captured or released. All of it is logged with staff attribution — so when a guest disputes a charge, you know who added it, when, and why.
Multi-property, one login.
Small chains and holiday-lets networks live on Guest Talk too. A single login opens a switcher across up to fifty properties, with per-property permissions for staff. Rate plans and taxes are shared where you want them shared, isolated where they must be. Cross-property availability queries let a corporate client book a room in Lisbon, Porto and Faro on one contract — with three separate folios billing to one master account.
