Modifications and cancellations flow the other direction with equal speed — a Booking guest cancelling at 03:00 releases the room to Airbnb by 03:00:07.

Yield rules that write themselves.
Set the goal, not the mechanism. Guest Talk yield rules let you say “when occupancy for a Saturday crosses 60%, close 1-night stays and lift the rate by 10%.” The engine watches your pickup pace, applies the rule to the future window you specify, and writes the resulting ARI to every OTA — with an audit log so you can see exactly what fired and why.
You can layer as many rules as you need. Length-of-stay rules stack with day-of-week rules stack with gap-night rules stack with lead-time rules. If two rules conflict, the more restrictive wins and the audit log tells you which one was applied.
