For

Independent hotels, 20 to 150 rooms.

Guest Talk is the tool the family-run boutique on the corner wishes existed. Not a stripped-down enterprise product, not a WordPress plugin — a real property-management platform designed around how independent hotels actually run.

Boutique hotel reception

What independent hotels tell us they need.

Over the last three years we have onboarded 320 independent hotels. When we ask what they wish their old PMS did better, the same five answers come up.

A calendar that does not break their day. The tape-chart is the tool a receptionist uses forty times a shift. When it lags, when it double-books, when it forgets a stop-sell rule, the receptionist stops using it and starts writing on a whiteboard. Guest Talk's calendar is drag-and-drop, real-time and never lets you assign a room that is unavailable.

Channels that actually stay in sync. Every hotel we spoke to had at least one story of an OTA sync gap that led to a double booking. Guest Talk pushes ARI in under 30 seconds and monitors for parity drift every hour. You get an email digest at 08:00 with any issues from the previous night.

Direct bookings that do not require a developer. The Guest Talk booking widget embeds on any website with a paste-once script tag. Theme it to your brand from the admin — colours, fonts, corner radius, button style. Multi-language checkout with 12 European languages ready to go.

Guest messaging that lives in the reservation. WhatsApp, Booking chat, email and SMS all in one thread keyed on the reservation. Every message is visible to whoever is on shift, so a Sunday-night text does not fall through the cracks.

Analytics you can read in 30 seconds. Pickup pace, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, segment mix — on the front page, colour-coded, no dashboard-building required. Export to PDF for the ownership call.

What a typical week on Guest Talk looks like.

Monday. Weekend arrivals are checked out, the housekeeping board is green, and the receptionist opens the pickup pace report over morning coffee. Wednesday two weeks out is looking soft — she opens rate management and drops the BAR by 8% for that night. The channel manager pushes the change to Booking, Expedia and Airbnb in 27 seconds.

Tuesday. A repeat guest emails to book his usual room for a stay in November. The receptionist opens his guest card, sees his last three stays, applies his corporate discount, and sends a confirmation with the door code in one click. The message goes out on the channel he last used (WhatsApp).

Friday. A group of 12 books directly for a wedding weekend. The receptionist creates a group hold in Guest Talk, sends split-payment links to each guest, and blocks two connecting rooms for the parents. Every guest gets their own folio and their own arrival message.

Sunday. The manager pulls the weekly P&L export to Xero at midnight. Deferred revenue is up EUR 3,400 versus last week. Direct booking share is 34%, up from 22% six months ago. She sends the summary PDF to the owner group chat and closes the laptop.
