Platform

One dashboard for every job at the front desk.

Guest Talk started as a messaging inbox for small hotels drowning in WhatsApp threads. Today it is a full property-management platform that runs eight interconnected modules on a shared reservation core. Every module reads and writes the same guest record, the same folio and the same calendar — so the housekeeper, the revenue manager and the night auditor all see the same truth.

Guest Talk platform overview

Why bundle everything under one login?

Hospitality technology has spent fifteen years splitting into micro-services: a PMS from one vendor, a channel manager from another, a booking engine from a third, a chat widget from a fourth. Each connection is a per-month subscription, an API contract that breaks quarterly and a support ticket path with three vendors passing blame. For a 20-room boutique, the annual bill for that stack routinely lands north of EUR 6,000 — before the OTA commissions.

Guest Talk consolidates the stack on purpose. The guest record is authoritative. The reservation carries messages, folio lines and housekeeping tasks with it. When a booking arrives from Booking.com the housekeeper sees the arrival on the same board the receptionist uses to write back to the guest. No sync gaps, no double bookings from ARI lag, no exports to a CSV to pull a monthly report.

You still get to keep the tools you love: Xero, QuickBooks, Datev for accounting; Slack for staff comms; Mailchimp for marketing; Zapier and Make for anything custom. But the reservation, the guest, the price and the availability all live in one place.

Built for independent operators.

We do not sell to hotel chains with in-house IT teams. Our customers are family-run boutiques in Lisbon, 200-bed party hostels in Berlin, ski-season aparthotels in the Alps and 40-key beach resorts on the Adriatic. They share a common problem: enterprise systems are too rigid, and consumer tools are too fragmented.

Guest Talk is opinionated by design. Rooms are objects with types, floors, connecting relationships and inventory rules. Rates are plans with derived pricing (BAR, non-refundable, packages) and country-aware tax lines. Channels are two-way pipes with rate parity monitors. Messaging is an inbox that respects channel policies (WhatsApp templates for outbound-first, Booking chat for booking-scoped messages only). We refuse to expose configuration for choices that should be made once.

The result is a product where a new receptionist is productive on day one, and a hotel manager can pull a P&L, launch a promo and answer a guest question without swapping tabs.
